Deepika Padukone

Deepika Padukone (pronounced [di:pIka p@dUko:ne:] or [pa:dUko:nBorn 5 January 1986) is an Indian actress, who is primarily in Hindi film productions. She is one of the top-paid actors in India And her awards comprise three Filmfare Awards. Time magazine also named her one of the 100 most influential individuals across the world in 2018. Also, she received an award called the TIME100 Impact Award for 2022. Padukone is the child to tennis winner Prakash Padukone. Padukone was born and raised in Bangalore. She was a badminton player at national championships as a teenager but quit the sport in order to be a model. In 2006 she debuted acting in the Kannada movie Aishwarya. Padukone appeared alongside Shah Rukh Khan a dual part as a dual character in Om Shanti Om, her debut Bollywood film that earned her the Filmfare Award as Best Female Debut. Padukone was recognized for her role as the main character in the love story Love Aaj Kal (2009) However, the film was shortly followed by a minor setback. Deepika Deepika Deepika
