Morgan Fairchild (born Patsy Ann McClenny on February 3, 1950) is an American actor from the United States. Her fame grew during the latter part of the 1970s and into the into the 1980s when she played performances in a variety of television shows that she presented a glamourous image. Fairchild first appeared in Search for Tomorrow on CBS in the role of Jennifer Pace between 1973 and 1977. The first actress to portray Jenna Wade, she made her debut in the CBS daytime soap opera Dallas in the year 1978. The following year, she was offered her first leading part on her role in the NBC drama Flamingo Road (1980), that earned her the Golden Globe Award as Best Actress for a Television Series - for that show. Fairchild was on ABC's short primetime soap Paper Dolls, and for Falcon Crest in 1985-86 as Jordan Roberts. Fairchild also appeared in the stage, and also in guest roles on television programs like Murphy Brown and Roseanne Cybill. Fairchild was also considered for the Primetime Emmy Award in 1985 for her role in this drama. Fairchild is also a SAG-AFTRA board members.
